Alan Dean (Church Warden)
Alan took on the responsibilities of Church Warden in May 2011 and has also served as a member of the St Pauls Church PCC team since 2008. He regularly performs other duties required of him such as leading the services as well as giving occasional sermons. Alan is very passionate about St Pauls and considers it both a delight and an honour to do whatever is asked of him for the best interests of the church and to promote its outreach activities. He also has a good relationship with all the regular members of our church congregation including its leaders.
Alan lives in Slough with his family. His wife, Lara, is a professional dance teacher and also an active member of the church music worship team. They have two children, their daughter Lana and son Mark who currently go to junior school.
Alan graduated from Royal Holloway University of London in 1993 with a degree in Physics and has been involved in the IT industry for the last 15 years. He set up his own company Lark Solutions in 2008 and it provides IT marketing services.
Alan enjoys watching most sports with football, cricket and snooker being his favourites and also likes to keep fit. Other interests include Bible study, history, films, Scuba diving and motorbikes
